    Good Morning Everyone. Once again, this is something that not only do I not understand, but also A lot of people that I have talked to do not either. The Iranian President is supposed to be coming once again to the United Nations to speak and give all of his redirect and hate speech. Why in the world is it that We The People and our Government are allowing this man to come onto our soil, when he is a known Terrorist as well as being President of a Terrorist State?

     Why is it that we are letting our government to give this Terrorist permission to come onto our shores, our land, to come to the United Nations to speak? Does not make a bit of sense. Moreover, neither does this.

     So I was listening to the News stations on xm radio and watching the news channels when I get into the truck stops and finding out that there is a protest against Iran coming to speak and supposedly this is in recent years been a show of Unity between all our people. Now then, why is it that this year it is different?

     It seems that with all of this bickering and squabbling that both Dem’s and all involved forgot why this whole rally or protest or whatever it is was supposed to be. It is meant to show Unity. Unifying The American People Against the Ideals of Terrorism and The blatancy of having Someone for which the Country he Represents Hates America and Israel and has Every intention on making our Armed Forces one thing that he wants to destroy as well as the Ideals of Democracy in Iraq.

     He Sponsors terrorists in Iraq as well as wanting to make Iraq a Terrorist state. So why is it that the people of this protest that is supposed to happen in New York having a problem with Unity? Why are Senator Hillary Clinton, Senator Barak Obama and The Democrats having problems with having a Unified front against this Visit?

      Good Morning from the Lower Peninsula of Michigan. I sure am glad after a couple of weeks off of here that I can report that things here are green, but hey, with all this rain that this part of the country is getting, is has to be right? Ok, now that we have all the pleasantries done, let us get down to business.

     What is going on with our Major Media? Ever since the National Conventions, and the Obvious Kick in the teeth that Senator Obama got, and yes I am speaking of Senator John McCain’s pick, Governor Sarah Palin, Our Media in this country does not like the idea that there is the possibility that there is a woman in the co-pilot seat. Why? They were quite happy and down right enthused when the possibility of Senator Hillary Clinton being Obama’s Second in Command. Isn’t that the same thing that we are talking about?

     Moreover, why is this a problem for the Democratic people? Namely Our Major Media. First off there are some in reporting that just wont come to the Realization that she is a Sitting Governor. We all know she was a Mayor and I am not sorry to know that. That is where she started to get some of the experience. Moreover, I think she did a good job there, but where is all of the positive reporting from ABC, CBS, NBC, and MSNBC about all of the positives on what Governor Palin has done. Heck, guys and gals, she cut her government as mayor and made things easier for Wasilla. Ok so why doesn’t the Major media have anything nice to say about that.

     The Attack squad of Senator Obama, a band of 30 lawyers has been combing Alaska searching for all of the dirt that they can muster up on her. And everything that they find and it doesn’t have to be fact, The Major Media, reports on it But doesn’t even check on whether what they are reporting on is fact or not. How fair is that. The American People are watching this, and Frankly the Republicans are loving it.

     Governor Sarah Palin is one of the Good Guys. Moreover, someone please tell me how a Governor gets Earmarks. I have heard and I know to a point how this works, but that is done in the Senate and the House, not in a State by a Governor.

     I love to see how Senator Obama and honestly he is tearing his hair out about this, how Obama is on the Attack and how he will not even say that or give her the acknowledgement that she is said Governor. Nevertheless, he does not want to even acknowledge that he is a Senator anymore. He has started some of his answers to questions he has been asked like “When I was a Senator I” and goes on with the answer. Why is that? Why is it that it seems that he thinks that he is the Anointed one. I am sorry Barry that does not cut the mustard. Ok, maybe he sometimes slips, but why hasn’t the Major Media noticed it. It is clear and it is obvious when he does this. Getting back to the Attack Squad, Obama sent the Attackers on Senator Clinton and no one wanted to say anything about that, but in Clinton’s case, at least he gave her the Respect of calling her Senator.

     In addition, Shame on these Media types for bringing up Family Matters and you all know what I am talking about in Governor Palins family. Never have I seen Major Media pounce on Candidates children as they did on a story on her children. I am sorry to see reporting like this.

     Let us get to the Chase. It seems that major media has decided on who we vote for People. We the People have got to stand up for ourselves. If we don’t, all we are going to listen to and believe is the redirects of crap that we hear and then are we going to investigate? I thought we were supposed to believe in our news sources to be UN biased. Excuse me? I do not think that Major Media, with its Democratic leanings are doing their job. Moreover, Reporting? Most are just going off on someone else’s addenda. That is my opinion. Have a great day

Obama's half brother Abongo Obama is Odinga's follower. Obama's cousin Odinga ran for President in Kenya and tried to get Sharia Muslim law in place there. When he lost the elections, his followers burned Christians' homes and then burned men, women and children alive in a Christian Church where they had taken shelter. Obama Supported his cousin before the election process here started. Google "Obama and Odinga" and see what you get.

"My Grandmother has always been a Christian". NOT EXACTLY. She he does her daily Salat prayers at 5 a.m. according to Her own interviews. Not to mention, Christianity would not allow her to have been one of 14 wives to one man.

     The list is endless on why we do not need this man running our Country. Let us make our votes count for U.S. Our rights and our freedoms. We The People need to let the candidates know what we want. We expect the to keep ALL of their campaign promises, and keep our Country free.

    Well, I do think that made me think just about what is going on with the Democratic side of things. That does not take into effect the past dealings with Reverend Wright and all of his teachings in the past 20 years. Nor does this take into account Mr. Obama’s Ideas of Taxing Every Business known to man so that he can give us Universal Healthcare, or This $1000.00 Energy Credit. Well, I think I will leave those subjects alone for now.

Good morning. Hope you have had your coffee before you read this, but I didn’t. Boy, has Homeland Security done it again or what? They have not done their job in Building a Border fence on the Southern Border, but they have decided to create a Database. This Database is so that they can track you on when you cross Any Land Border Crossing, say to Canada, no matter what the reason you are going, and then they know when you cross back into the United States. Ok, that would be all right, if they did this to make sure you were an ok Joe and not just crossing to say smuggle something across to Canada or back into the United States.

     However, No Ladies and Gentlemen, It does not stop there. They are going to keep this information on hand for 15 years after you have crossed last. They say that then, they can create some sort of pattern base so that if you do something wrong, then they can go back and connect the dots. Hmm. This does not sound like a Free Country to me. Does it to you? Sounds like Big Brother is going to keep this for other reasons. Yes, My Fellow Americans, they want to keep this and let everyone in the world as far as “Law Enforcement” or any other agency that wants it, to be able to get their hands on it and say, if your Ex-wife, in your Divorce, has a problem with it, Her lawyer can go and get the information and somehow hold it against you, well it will be able to be, because our Government will hand It over to them.

     On the other hand, say you want to apply for a new job. Your new employer can go and check out when the last time you crossed into Canada or any other country for that matter and if they do not like where you went or why you went over there, they might just not hire you. Hmm. This does not sound like something that I like to hear. Am I making any sense yet? I thought We the People lived in America. The Land of the Free. The Home of the Brave. Does not sound like I am Free to Go where I Want to. Yes, you say, “You don’t have to go to Canada, or New Brunswick or Nova Scotia if you don’t like the idea of them knowing”, but here is what I am saying. If it starts here, what says that it stops here? Give them an Inch, but as usual, The Government takes a mile. As long as we let them.

     Now, Take the Trucking Industry. I do understand that Homeland Security needs to know why we are going across and when we plan to come home. I know that it is of National Security to know what Every Truck is bringing back. What I do not understand, is why they need to hold onto a database on Every Citizen, Every time they cross and When, For 15 years. It seems to me that the Bush Administration, Homeland Security and other agencies are getting to be more like a Gestapo or something. To be able to hold all of this information for the, “just in case”, does not make any sense. It is kind of putting us on some sort of “watch list” for no apparent reason. Furthermore, they do not have any, nor, do they want to tell us why. Oh, they have all of the reasons that make no sense to anyone why they are doing this. Nevertheless, no one in Homeland Security wants to give you a straight answer. Just the Run around answer. See, we have no idea who is going to use it, and for what reason they are going to. You also, Mr. and Mrs. American have no idea who gets the information and whether they are “Authorized or Not” to see it. Too much Availability for Data Creep…

     Supposedly, we are given notice that The Government and Homeland Security are going to be doing this Data sharing. I know that Every time I cross the border, no one has told me about this, and I can tell you that every other truck driver in the Industry hasn’t been informed about this. Have you? Moreover, if so, how do you feel about someone that you do not know, for any reason can go into this Database and check up on you? Has this made you think why yet?

     This comes from the article that I read on this subject that has gotten me so fired up on this: The notice states that the government may share border records with federal, state, local, tribal or foreign government agencies in cases where customs believes the information would assist enforcement of civil or criminal laws or regulations, or if the information is relevant to a hiring decision.

     They may be shared with a court or attorney in civil litigation, which could include divorce cases; with federal contractors or consultants "to accomplish an agency function related to this system of records"; with federal and foreign intelligence or counterterrorism agencies if there is a threat to national or international security or to assist in anti-terrorism efforts; or with the news media and the public "when there exists a legitimate public interest in the disclosure of the information."

     Homeland Security is proposing to exempt the database from some provisions of the 1974 Privacy Act, including the right of a citizen to know whether a law enforcement or intelligence agency has requested his or her records and the right to sue for access and correction in those disclosures.A traveler may, however, request access to records based on documents he or she presented at the border.

     Without thinking about this, I wonder what is coming next. I mean, I do want to be safe and I want my family and country safe, but honestly, I would like to know why I should feel that I need to give my government the right to take my right to privacy away. In addition, that my friend, without you saying it is all right, or ok to do this, is what we are doing. Giving them the Right to take our power away. If we say, ok, I understand without really understanding, and without getting the straight answers from our Congressmen and Senators, and Frankly from our President, then yes we are giving up our right to privacy and the right to go where and when we please. I mean, so far, for security reasons, they are putting up cameras all around us, and we say ok, they want to catch the Bad Guys. Hmm. Why couldn’t they do that by putting more Police on the Streets?

What is wrong with this picture? I thought that when you went to a country, namely coming to America, you wanted to Assimilate into the culture and become a United States Citizen. What happened to the concept? We have now according to some Government agencies the accounting of around 20 million Illegal Aliens from mostly Mexico here living and working doing jobs “Americans won’t do”. As I think about that, and have heard that comment so many time from Some of our Congressmen and Senators And lady’s of both houses, that It make me sick and It should you as well.

     These Illegal Aliens are here why? To pick the crops that their fathers and mothers have picked before them? NOT! They are from coast to coast, and there is not a state that does not have Aliens working in not just the fields, but McDonalds from Connecticut to Chicago, working in Maintenance jobs that Americans would love to do, but big business will not give to our Legal Citizens. Why is it that the American People are not Mad As Hell about this? Tyson Chicken in Arkansas and other states are Hiring these Illegal Aliens working and making money under the table, But the American People looks the other way.

     We The People, The United States of America have turned our heads on this subject for far too long. The Homeland Security Agency has had far too long to build the Border Fence to keep our border secure. All the While, Our Border Guards are being fired upon and taken at gunpoint by whom? The Mexican Military, and my Friends, there have been 52 times this has happened this year alone, but We do not hear about this by the Major media. Google it if you do not believe what I am saying. I am not going to blow smoke up yours or my own butt. This is what is happening. If we are such a great nation, and have the Technology to put a man on the moon, to set up a Space station and the like, Why is it that we cannot deport these people and get them back to where they belong? Our Congress and Senate have said that it would cost too much. Hmm. That does not make any sense because they do know where they all are.

     Another Excuse that We The People hears why we cannot deport them all is because We Would is Tearing apart Families. Ok, maybe I am going to sound Cold hearted, but So What… We make it so easy for them to have kids here that they should take their kids with them. Sorry, but this is America, but we need not to be all-compassionate and give them everything. If someone comes to this country and has a Work Visa, and they overstay their time, I know for a fact that we know the last known address that they were at. So why is that so hard to take care of? In addition, if their children are in our schools, then I do not think it is that hard to find them. Give them 90 Days to tie up all of the loose ends and give them the bus ticket, and if they want to come back, then they can do it Legally.

     Our Congress and Senators wanted to give them amnesty, as we did in the 1980’s. We Gave 3 Million amnesty then. Why should we do it again? Moreover, why is it that We do not tell the Mexican Government that Enough is Enough. You want them here, then pay for their Healthcare that is crippling our Hospitals to the Breaking point and to the point that a lot of Hospitals have closed their doors because they have given our the Free Healthcare to those Illegal Aliens and now they are Bankrupt. What are We The People going to do about it? Are we Going to get mad enough to do something? On the other hand, is it that we are going to wait until they have enough numbers that they are going to be able to Infiltrate our country? They are already doing that one. There are at least 20 Million of them here already. How many more need to be here before We The People are going to have Enough Already?

     Am I Making Sense yet? Now is the time. Now is the time to take Action. Call your Congressmen or woman and Senators. Tell them Enough is enough.

What is going on in this country when We The People, given a country that we should love and take care of from Our Founding Fathers, why are we allowing things such as Our Pledge of Allegiance to this country, one of our Civil Duties and our rights to be stomped on? We, and I do mean all of us are letting a very few individuals take control and decide for the masses. Us!! Period.

Now this is my opinion, and probably only my opinion, but isn’t it time for We The People to take back what is rightfully ours. I remember and I know a lot of us do, when we were young and in Elementary school and even Junior High and even High School, having to say our Pledge of Allegiance to our Flag. The United States Flag. Does anyone else remember this? Does anyone else remember how we all felt back then? Probably. I do not think we honestly understood the meaning of what we were saying, or the meaning behind it. Let us look at this, really think about what we do have and what a Few lawyers, and people that really do not like freedom want to take away from U.S.

In reading a website about Our Pledge of Allegiance, I came up with something that I do think that We The People should keep in mind. I am taking this right from that website.

Now, this is just my opinion, but when someone is doing Well and using God to do it, then why is it that our Government is taking what they are doing to task? Our Founding Fathers Nearly 231 or so years ago went by Gods laws and founded this country, and they did well didn’t they? If they didn’t, then we would not have our Country. I read about one third of the article and thought that I needed to put my two cents in.

     Supposedly, We The People are supposed to be according to statistics from what I have heard, 70 percent Christian. So why is it that because we are Christian, why is it that the Christian faith is so under fire and has been for as far as I can remember? We have had God taken out of our schools. Because of the Idea of some, We The People have had it so that God is Being taken out of our Government Institutions. WAIT A MINUTE!! Why? Because some think that God should not be there? Does anyone know that because of God in this country, We The People are the ones that have Freedom? Does anyone know or have read in History that our founding fathers, knowing that they wanted something better for themselves as well as their families, came here to start something new. It was because they were sick and tired of the Tierney that they were going through. So was God a bad thing then?

     So they came here to a place to make a better life. Founded this Great Nation, and did it with GOD in mind, body and Spirit. They Put GOD in place here. Our Founding Fathers made GOD a Big part of the Constitution. In God We Trust was in all standards, the way that they made this Nation what it is Today.

     When we look at what is happening with Kenneth Copeland and what he has Created in His and His Families Ministry, We The People have Flourished Because 70percent of U. S. have been With GOD and have Prospered because we have faith in GOD. Now don’t get me wrong. If We do wrong and go against the law, then we should be punished, but we need to look to our Government and ask them, why when most of us, the Majority of U.S. are Christian, then why is it that everything we do in the name of God or the name of Our Lord Jesus Christ, is looked at as wrong?

     Someone with the Idea that we are doing wrong, has the Gall to tell U.S. that Putting GOD in our Government, that We aren’t separating Church and State. I don’t get this, when We The People put God there in the first place. This means that GOD was there First and Foremost.

     The Government wants to Give us this. Why? Because they don’t want to make sure that our borders are secure, and the Illegal Aliens are going to our hospitals and Bankrupting our Emergency Rooms? Not a good thing. We have Uninsured Americans, but if we Take this Handout from Our Government, like they Want us to, Then all it Will do is make it worse. Yes we have Morales. Yes we have Values. But We also know that giving the Government the Job of letting them decide whether We go get a Surgery that we need is Not a good thing.

     GOD giving us the prosperity, God being in this country is what started this Great Nation. Now I might be wrong on this, but do We The People tell any other Religion that what they are doing is wrong in this country? No People we don’t. When is the last time you seen Masques in our big city’s. We allow them Freedom of Religion. Then why when someone does good, and has family members that are doing good, does our Government Scrutinize and look down on what God has Given U.S. This I don’t understand, nor should We The People let happen.

  I am in Willington Connecticut. Good Morning, and listen up. I found this interesting, and I thought you would as well. The Democratic Convention committee in Denver, with all the problems that We The People are having with the price of Diesel, and gas in this country, The DNC is going to go to the places where the Police, Fire and Ambulance Services go and they are going to GET THEIR GAS without PAYING for the STATE or FEDERAL TAXES. They are claiming that this is going to be done because of a Security Issue. Bull……

     President George W. Bush Signed a Mandate (I think they call it. I could be wrong) to take the ban off of drilling on the shoreline of our country. Nancy Palosy Will Not allow the Senate to bring the measure up onto the floor of the senate so that We The People can get some sort of relief with the gas prices.

     But Hold on. The Republican Party is no better. Where are they getting off doing this when The American People cant get the help that they need. And I would like to know how they can Legally do this? Does this make sense to you? Both Parties are trying to get away with something that I know I cannot do and I really know with the price of Diesel being around 4.89 a gallon, The Transportation industry needs to have the State and Federal Taxes taken off of the Diesel price. So why is it that Those Same Congressmen and Women as well as Senators that are going to be or are participating in this Fiasco in Denver as well as where ever the Republicans are doing their convention, Where to they can Avoid those Taxes. Are you mad enough to call your congressmen and women about this yet?

     Are you mad enough, that you aren’t going to take the Trauma anymore? Have you had enough worrying about the high cost at the grocery store and worrying about whether or not to get that beef or pay for gas? All Americans need to wake up and smell the coffee per say and it doesn’t smell very good. Back in time, when this country was getting on its feet, We The People were a little upset when the Tax on Tea was too much for them to handle. (They didn’t know what gas was then) Those people dumped the Tea into the Sea and we had the Boston Tea Party. So, why aren’t we doing the same thing? Does this make sense to you why our Congress and our Senate can do this and we cannot?

     The only way that the party committees can do this is to go through the fleet maintenance facilities of police and fire fuel stops. I know it says “For Official Use Only” on the signs. I don’t think that they meant “For Official Use Only and Our Congress and Senate”. HMMM. Breaking the law maybe? Why is it that these people that make our laws think that they can BREAK Our Laws? Are you mad as Hell Yet? Does it make a difference that We The People need to get the relief and we are not getting it? The Congress and Senate Offices have a Formula that they go on for every call that they get. For every call that comes through your congressmen and women and Senate Offices, they figure that there are 100 people that feel the same way. If 100 people call and they figure that 100 people feel the same way about the subject that they are calling on, then that means that in that time that it took, they just heard from 10,000 people. That is where the number swells and that is how things get done.

Are the Hairs on the back of your neck Really standing on edge right now? Are you mad enough to call your congressmen and Senators seeing that this is an election year?

     These calls need to be done in order for We The People to have our voices heard and Heard Loud and Clear. If we don’t voice our opinion and this is just mine, then we LOOSE!!!! Period. Now is the time to step up to the plate. This is not a Republican or a Democratic Issue. This issue is first of all whether it is legal for them to do this and to skirt these Taxes that they put on us and Two: Why do they think that they are Above the American People?

Let us know how we are doing? We need to know whether we are doing The Peoples Business the right way.      Why? Plain and simple. They want to come to this country and Become Americans. For whatever reason they have, they want Freedom. They want to become part of the melting pot that this Great country was founded on. This is going to be another long one, so bare with me because this is my opinion, but I know that there are others out there. When you have a new neighbor come into the neighborhood, either you or they come to your house and Introduce themselves and you get to know who they are. Right? Absolutely. If they come to you with the Attitude that they want you to know who they are, then by all means, Any American is going to roll out the red carpet so that We The People can know who they are and what they are all about. And by all means, you are going to give help to them because they are wanting to make a better life. They aren’t trying to break in to your home and take your stuff under your nose.

     Our Healthcare system is broken, yet we give Illegal’s free healthcare. We give Illegal’s the right to come across our border and have children. Then we give that child American Citizenship because their mother came across Illegally so they could bring the child into the world on American Soil, and then They have to stay because their child is a United States Citizen. How Screwed up is that one. Don’t make sense to me. If these Illegal’s want a better life for themselves, then why didn’t they come across and learn English, get a green card, which most don’t have, get a job and keep the money here for themselves. Nope, instead, they get a job Illegally, and then send most of the money back to Mexico. Im not Racist. I want everyone to have a chance, as long as they do it by the Legal means. If not? GET OUT OF MY COUNTRY. Your not here to become an American Citizen, then you don’t belong here.

     If you want to work here, then get a green card so that you are here Legally. Plain and simple. Our congress and Senate have got to make sure that the laws that are on the books are the laws that we make happen. No Amnesty. They are here Illegally, they Broke the Laws of this Nation, and they Need to go back to the line and Start the process. Why? Because we have laws in this country and by God, and In God We Trust, we should be going by those laws. America needs to stand up for itself. We are here because, our founding Fathers made it happen. Gave us a constitution to understand and to make Real.

     So, what do we need to do? Make sure that these Illegal’s that are here Go Home. Go Home and if they want to come back, then they need to do it Legally.

     About three weeks ago, I came into the truck stop in Bridgeport, Michigan. Just a day after I wrote and published the article, Patriots and Patriotism. When I realized that I could make a difference, put a smile on a soldiers face, a rush came over me. So I went in there, seeing that this is a main fuel stop for me, to do two things. Get the truck taken care of, and make sure that I could talk to and maybe thank as many of them as I could. You see, they don’t look for the thanks. Because there are so many that have the “I don’t like the war” Attitude, that they don’t think about the Idea that, These Men and Women for various reasons, have volunteered to keep America safe. And it doesn’t matter to them why they are there. When the time comes, and the call is made either by the Governor of the state, Or if they are called into Full duty status, They drop everything and salute, and they move. Why? Because they are needed to make sure that America is taken care of.

     That is what we must, have to and need to thank them for. For being a Hero, A Patriot. Someone who will take up that call when needed no matter what, where or Any reason when called upon to Defend our Constitution, Rights and Freedoms that we take for granted. I went away from them with a pride in our country that I have known since I was real young. But something else that day. I walked away from them, with a tear. I was proud to know that even in the darkest hour, that I was protected with Some of the best men and women of our Modern World. The Men and Women or Our Armed Forces.

    

    

What is a gentleman? The dictionary says: A courteous considerate man. In Victorian times, a man of good birth and social position. However, in today’s society that doesn’t seem to be as important. The dictionary also defines integrity as uprightness of character; probity (virtue or integrity tested and confirmed; strict honesty) and honesty. The condition or quality of being unimpaired or sound.

     Virtue or integrity tested and confirmed? Men can tell you they are honest but their actions show us what their true character is. Ask yourself how they treat others and how they conduct their personal affairs. Are they honest? Are they trustworthy? Do they do what they say they will do? You need to get to know him first. How do you know if someone is a gentleman? How does he conduct himself, or how does he treat other people. How he treats his mother actually says a lot about a man.

     Stop and think about this for a minute, we live with double standards. If a man has an affair with his secretary, leaves his wife and children for her. She will be considered a home wrecker, someone of low character. Society will be much more forgiving to him. What does this teach his son? You wonder why a gentleman’s integrity and honesty is suspect. Put yourself into the woman’s shoes for a little while. Women are considered “fair game.” It’s difficult to judge when a man is being friendly or “being friendly.” Do I treat her like a lady, or do I take advantage of the situation. More often than not he will take advantage of the situation and see if he can score. This makes him a “stud” in the eyes of his friends.

     It’s hard in our current society to be a “lady” or a “gentleman.” The entertainment industry has made this seem dorky. It’s just not considered “cool” anymore to be a lady or a gentleman. Modern television and movies seem to prefer to portray relationships only in terms of how fast can we “get together.” It takes time to get to know someone; you can’t do it in an evening. A lot of times you can meet someone and feel a real affinity for them in a short time, but often in the light of day you find some of the things that you thought were so wonderful are really not. So it takes a lot of work to get to know someone well enough to call them a gentleman.

     In all fairness it’s hard for a man to find a “lady” anymore. The fashion industry has made it seem that we should leave nothing to the imagination, so it’s hard for a fellow to think about being a gentleman when he’s looking at an almost naked bosom. So it would seem that being a gentleman in this day and age is not as easy as it used to be.

Every relationship, no matter how you think in your mind on how you want the outcome, will depend on what you put into it and whether you take the time to help it to grow. No matter what, do make sure you do not rush it. For as in every great recipe that is made by a chef, if you take the same recipe, and rush through the ingredient process, you will if not careful ruin it in some shape or form. Even friendships are made and destroyed by rushing the outcome. Beware reader, if you rush you will destroy something quite special.

     Relationships are like stepping stones. From your first friendship, to your first puppy love, to that high school romance you wanted so desperately to have and it failed, you must, have to and shall learn from those mistakes. For if you do not, you will find, more times than not, that you will relive the same over and over again until you learn the lesson. Then and only then, do you get to go onto the next step in life. And even by learning those life lessons, if your not careful, taking the time to grow that relationship, like the farmer toiling in the fields, if you rush into something without thinking, without communication. Before you know it, the relationship that two thought going so well, then gets destroyed with something going wrong with that communication. Thus assumptions are made. Accusations are assumed true from one or the other of the two, and in the blink of an eye, what was once something important and special, with one misspoken word, turns into your nightmare, words cutting like a knife and one or the other is left with wounds that will take time to heal.

     Like the 4 pillars, Communicating is a must. But communicating slowly, on the phone or in person is better than mail, email or texting. Now all are good ways to keep in touch, but by talking face to face or over the phone, what you are saying, and how your voice is being taken, calmly, softly and in the context it was supposed to be given makes all the right ways of making sure that things that are said are not miss trued. For one thing said the wrong way, and with assumption, the meaning of what is said can take the entire ship down within a day.

      Assuming you have the right information, no matter what, is a bad thing. Because unless that relationship isn’t important to you, unless that person isn’t important to you, and unless you are willing to loose that persons input, taking the time is better than letting false information come in between you and your partner. Whether it is a friendship, or a blossoming relationship, listening is the critical key. Never assume that you know that the information that you have is fact, unless your doubt is absolute. Without knowing with absolute, without a shadow of a doubt, can you make an informed decision. By Only knowing half of the recipe of a chefs great creation, you cannot recreate a new and positive item.

     Attitude is everything when you learn. If you have a positive outlook and by making sure that you know all the facts and how that person is, and who that person is, factually and truthfully, you could be ruining such a fantastic thing that no matter what, you may never be able to turn it around. And with that a tragedy. For later on, if you find out that you made a mistake, you cannot take back the possibility that what you have said to or about that person, you can never, truly take any of it back. There will always be that remembrance of the problem that you or your other half has caused by assuming. Take this to the bank. It is better to take a car down the road cautiously, and to make it to your destination, then to get in, drive as fast as you can, and have the accident of a lifetime.

  Hello from the Canadian roads. This is something that I asked one of my Owner Operator Friends Steve Demogola to put together. He got an email and so we thought we could comment on this. There has been to my knowledge no changes made to this other than comments made by me at the end.  

I got this email from a friend and I would have to agree with it.

     And, I’m supposed to care that a copy of the Koran was “desecrated” when an overworked American soldier kicked it or got it wet? …. Well, I don’t. I don’t care at all. I’ll start caring when Osama bin Laden turns himself in and repents for incinerating all those innocent people on 9/11. I’ll care about the Koran when the fanatics in the Middle East start caring about the Holy Bible, the mere possession of which is a crime in Saudi Arabia. I’ll care when these thugs tell the world they are sorry for chopping off Nick Berg’s head while Berg screamed through his gurgling slashed throat.

     I’ll care when the cowardly so-called “insurgents” in Iraq come out and fight like men instead of disrespecting their own religion by hiding in mosques. I’ll care when the mindless zealots who blow themselves up in search of nirvana, care about the innocent children within range of their own suicide. I’ll care when the American media stops pretending that their First Amendment liberties are somehow derived from international law instead of the United States Constitution’s Bill of Rights.

     In the meantime, when I hear a story about a brave marine roughing up an Iraqi terrorist to obtain information, know this: I don’t care how we get the information, just that the information is gotten.

     When I see a fuzzy photo of a pile of naked Iraqi prisoners who have been humiliated in what amounts to a college-hazing incident, rest assured: I don’t care. When I see a wounded terrorist get shot in the head, when he is told not to move because he might be booby-trapped, you can take it to the bank: I don’t care.

     When I hear that a prisoner, who was issued a Koran and a prayer mat, and fed “special” food that is paid for by my tax dollars, is complaining that his holy book is being “mishandled,” you can absolutely believe in your heart of hearts: I don’t care. And oh, by the way, I’ve noticed that sometimes it’s spelled “Koran” and other times “Quran.” Well Jimmy Crack Corn and-you guessed it-I don’t care!!

     If you agree with this viewpoint, pass this message and where to find it to all of your friends, as well leave a comment on the site. Sooner or later, this message will get to the people responsible for this ridiculous behavior!

     In case we find ourselves starting to believe all the Anti-American sentiment and negativity, we should remember England’s Prime Minister Tony Blair’s words during a recent interview.      Some real strong words, aren’t they? If only WE The People should take notice and stop being dumb down by today’s media, and take a stance on the true value of right or wrong. I’m only one man, but that’s all it takes to make a difference.

     What a powerful message from a lady that honestly has America in her heart. I know that there are people in These United States that have not forgotten that America Stands for Freedom. If not for the brave Volunteers That make up our Armed Forces, We would not have the freedoms that we have today. No matter When they Served, they deserve to hear from all America that We The People are proud of what they do.

     Doesn’t matter why they are there, But, That they are on the front lines making sure that We The People are safe, Free and knowing that in a moments notice, Our Military are on the job to defend The constitution of These United States. No matter where, or when or why Freedom is in jeopardy, Our Men and Women or our Military is at the ready. Ready to make sure that Freedom and Democracy is safe. That life, and the pursuit stays for every free society, and that Liberty Stands tall.

 I sat down here at the Flyin J truck stop. Turned on the computer and well honestly was amazed at something. I read on msn.com about this guy selling his life on E Bay. He was auctioning off his house, everything along with it as well as his whole life. His job, and home in Australia. Ok, he went further and was going to even sell his friends. I thought about this and seen some humor in and thought as well just where this world is going in the wrong direction. Besides, if someone can tell me how you can actually think this can happen and you can really get money for selling your job and Friends?, Well then I am really thinking here that we do have a problem. Lets examine this. Read on:

     Now then, I can see wanting to do an auction on things that are property. Homes, cars, boats and furniture. That is something we can all agree with. And I think that everyone can agree with that as well. But, I have a real problem with selling your job. Of course, if you don’t like the job that you have, then I can understand if you want to leave it, but, to sell it like a used car? Com on now please?

It has a desk with a chair,phone and computer with screen included. It has a 401k attached to it (don’t forget, if he is selling the job, the retirement comes with it). Also I am throwing in my boss.      Authors note: I am a truck driver if you didn’t know or realize . I wonder how much I could get for my job.. You know. The truck, the Corporate awesome office space along with all the dispatchers and personnel. Don’t forget the boss as well as all of that stuff included in that. Wonder what he would have to say about that. If I could only do it I might make a good hunk of money..   To think this guy, even in the auction, decided to throw his friends in the mix. Doesn’t his friends have a say in this? Doesn’t their vote matter in this? Well, I do believe that my friends, and you know just who you are, Would be a little upset if I thought in my own mind that they were my property. That would make them slaves. And I know one thing. My friends are not slaves. But I think I want to dream about this for a minute.

She is 23 and Very lovely. ( I bet you I could get 20.00 for her) STOP!!!!! Doesn’t this seem a little ridiculous to you, because it does to me..

Come on, this is only a dream sale. Seriously, if someone is going to sell something, sell something of value that you own, not someone you don’t. We sell people on auctions to make money for charity only with their skills, not for their friendship and Lady’s and Gentlemen, I am NOT going to sell my friends. Who does this guy think he is? They are what I have and what I treasure most of all. Without friends, you are very lonely, and I truly Hate to be lonely. That would be depressing. A few (Im going to get into trouble for this) of them are invaluable and Priceless. (Satisfaction Guaranteed or your money back, void where prohibited..) I hope that this is prohibited Everywhere because if it is not, then We are going to see all sorts of people trying to sell you or I and I don’t want to be sold to someone I don’t know. Maybe bought by someone I do, but that is for another article.

     The point I am trying to make is this: Are we that sad in our lives and desperate for change, that We The People of the world would want to even contemplate this? Are we that Bored with our own lives and have so much money, So much time that we can afford not to look at what we really have and treasure it? Look at what is wrong here at home? In Our communities, and our countries. I mean, I know that we are busy people and have busy lives, But, We The People are trying to find change in all sorts of ways. But to sell our jobs and our friends? What is next?

     We are already selling our country short by not paying attention. I wonder, if my friends would mind if I just pimped them out. I DO THINK THEY WOULD.When was the last time that you looked to see who was buying your country, Or, for instance what your country was being sold for? Do you even know, Or Care? Don’t get me wrong, I am all for the pursuit of happiness, but selling something like friendship is like Selling Your Right Hand.. I wouldn’t do that for ANY reason. No way. I am Left handed, but without my Right hand, there would be a whole lot of things I could not do. And I would Definitely do without a Great Deal. Plain and simple. If we don’t start knowing who is running for The United States Congress for instance, what are we going to do when we don’t know what they stand for. When we go to pull that lever on Elections day, We The People need to know what they are going to do with their terms. Our Major Media doesn’t tell us, So who is going to? Ask if you don’t know.

     We have more important things to look at, Read about, And to worry about. Like the border security. Social Security Health Care, and the like. Can We The People Afford To Keep the Government in control of this and not in the hands of The People? Questions like What in the world are we going to do about Gas Prices, Food Costs and the like. We The People have to start getting informed about the Issues and Call Congress and the Senate. Every Monday. Every Third Day. And Every Friday. Because if we don’t, we will lose.

     Do you all realize that for Every Call to our Congressman and Woman or our Senators, They feel that 100 People are behind that one subject? What does that mean if they get 100 phone calls on that one thing? You do the math. Now that is Powerful. That means that We The People should Carve out a few minutes and Call Them.

     Women were treated like lady’s. Why? Because that is how a gentleman was taught to treat her. Lady’s were revered by there mates, the gentlemen. Now maybe I am all wrong, but in my opinion, gentlemen treated her as a mate and she was revered. She was special and she was cherished. Dating or Courting as it was called was encouraged and the gentleman took that lady he was dating and showered her with love, affection, showed her dignity, and treasured each and every moment with her.  But where has the gentlman gone, and why has the word gentleman lost its meaning?

     Society has changed the gentleman. Society has said that we are so ever too busy for the mom to give our boys the training on “how to treat a woman” and their fathers have not been able to give them the guidance to being a gentleman, because they are too busy making sure that the bills are paid.  Or both mom and dad work, and because of this, sometimes both mom and dad has thought that by giving the child, both girls and boys the computer, cell phone and all of the other electronics that we have today, those kids both boys and girls have fallen through the cracks and not taught to have manners and therefore the meaning of gentleman has gone from the gold it once was to something looked at as a lie or not believed.

     If We hear that someone is a gentleman and even when the guy has shown everything that he can in every way possible, Sociey still questions him.  Why?  Where has the word trust gone.  Women out in the world cant trust any more because of what they have seen and been through, and the crime that has happened against women. And because of this, society has taken that and thrown it in the drink as well. If a gentleman shows a woman affection, she has to question it because she isn’t sure if he is just playing a game. That makes it hard for the (in my opinion) 9 percent of the gentleman left in the world. Why is it that society doesn’t want the gentleman around.

     With more and more of the world wide web showing itself for dating sites as well, how is a girl to know what is truth and what is fact. That is problem that if society wants to change it, then We The People can do this. A gentleman can come in any form. The military honestly turns out a lot of them but there are other places to find them ladies. For instance ask your date if he was a boy scout. Trustworthy, kind, considerate. Those are part of the gentleman qualities that you are looking for. Right? Firemen, Truck drivers, another dying breed but, there are some still out there. So next time you have a man open the door for you, or hold the elevator for you or pull the chair out. Look deep into his eyes for you can see the warmth, if it is there. For the warmth is part of his soul. They call him gentleman.

     Mom and dad: Start teaching your kids manners once more. Start teaching them to treat there other halves to be kind, considerate and gentle toward all people. Then this country can start to heal back into a real United States as it once was. We need to hear more “Ladies and Gentleman” in fraises and not “hey you or do you wanna honey.

     For the gentlemen in this world I tip my hat to you. Be proud of who you are. We will win once more. So get on your horse and ride into the sunset. Lets become the knights in shinning armour again and take care of those damsels in distress. They will appreciate us in the long run.
